For more than a decade Philipp von Saurma-Jeltsch has led project work in premium interior fit-out at the highest level — international assignments, from superyacht interiors to Munich addresses, in which millimetres and minutes determine the result.

After studies in wood technology and industrial engineering, he held senior roles at renowned firms in premium interior construction, including the Hamburg network of Haacke Objektsteuerung — with reference projects from the Elbphilharmonie to the Marco-Polo-Tower and Strandkai. There he saw a gap: owners want a single point of contact— one who not only coordinates but also stays.

That is precisely what FeinHeim is. Personal care, a consistently high standard and uncomplicated communication — tailored to Munich's most discerning addresses.

Project lead, interior fit-out

Coordination of the owner and guest interior zones on the megayacht MY OPUS: several fit-out companies steered in parallel, schedules and interfaces managed, factory acceptance tests at suppliers. A project-wide rotating material list across all trades originated here.

Interior specification

Room-by-room material specification for a motor yacht, from the owner deck to the spa: every surface documented with material, finish, manufacturer and location. Design coordination with the studio Nuvolari Lenard.

Project lead, refurbishment

Commercial conversion within existing buildings, including Kustermannpark: complete fit-out of two office floors, more than 20 trades coordinated in parallel along a defined construction schedule.

Leading trades begins
with knowing the craft.

Behind the project discipline stands a working workshop. Philipp von Saurma-Jeltsch studied wood technology and still builds himself: furniture, fittings, repairs. None of it is part of the FeinHeim offering. It sharpens the eye for the work of the craftsmen he coordinates.

It changes how you look at work. Anyone who has milled an edge or laid a veneer recognises the quality of a job in the piece itself, well before the invoice arrives. Craftsmen can tell within the first conversation whether the person across from them knows the trade.

In the years as a project lead in premium interior fit-out I saw where conventional caretaking reaches its limits — with marble, veneer, integrated building technology, with anything that calls for project discipline rather than reactive reflex. My job was to keep deadlines, lead trades, know materials — not to sand or polish myself.

FeinHeim is exactly that: a 360-degree serviceshaped around your standards — as your personal point of contact, as an extension of my partners' teams and, on request, under their own brand.
