A premium bathroom in Maxvorstadt: old marble, difficult dimensions, integrated smart-home required. Concept in 2 weeks, sampling in 1 week, execution in 5 weeks. The owner was travelling, returned to a finished bathroom. Budget held, schedule held, result exactly as planned.
